The Rustwake Quay is the only major smuggler port tolerated within The Forged Sands, hidden in the lower cliffworks of Red Harbor where old cooling tunnels, rust-stained sea caves, and abandoned maintenance docks meet the crimson tide.
The Quay survives because it is useful. Steelborn authorities deny its existence, but certain shipments need to arrive quietly.

A scarred human dockmaster with iron-gray hair, a brass hook hand, and a habit of speaking to Steelborn like they are difficult weather. He is careful, dryly funny, and almost impossible to surprise. He does not love criminals. He loves systems no one admits they need.
