Leader: Ser Malrec Dawnfall — a disgraced former legion captain.
The Sunbroken are a hidden order of disillusioned Solaran legionnaires rumored to wield corrupted sunblades called Nightfangs, turning Solara’s own martial symbols into weapons against the system that cast them out.
Their structure resembles a military brotherhood, with ranks, oaths, hidden mustering sites, and veterans who still think like soldiers even after abandoning official command. Their goal is judgment against corrupt leaders, false saints, political cowards, and anyone they believe has profaned Solara’s original purpose. In the Bastions, they may look like fallen soldiers hiding in plain sight. Elsewhere, they may act as vigilantes or black-armored enforcers with a private holy war.
