Orcs & Goblinoids - Fury of the Old Blood
The power of the Old Blood is a mysterious force limited to the highest echelon of powerful families and bloodlines. Each manifestation is paired with a significant drawback that cannot be avoided or reduced.
Any player wishing to use an Old Blood trait must first receive approval through the approvals channel on the Discord.

Ruling lineages; immediately elevated to raid leader status upon manifestation.
Physical Marking: A mark or tattoo around the eyes.
Level 7 Power
Once per long rest, when you are reduced to 0 hit points but not killed outright, you may take the Attack action before falling unconscious. This feature does not grant movement and does not stack with Relentless Endurance.
Drawback
After using this feature, you immediately fall unconscious and suffer one failed death saving throw.
