Redmarch Coalition — Diplomatic Relations
National Identity
The Redmarch Coalition is a warrior society that despises weakness. Orcs and goblinoids earn adulthood, honor, and status through danger, cunning, endurance, and victory. Outsiders call them savage, but Redmarch has a code: cowardice, waste, and purposeless cruelty bring shame. Their diplomacy is unstable, violent, and opportunistic, but never meaningless.
General Reputation
Redmarch is feared as a raider power, mercenary source, and border threat. Few nations respect its government, but many respect its fighters. Outsiders often mistake the Coalition for chaos. It is not chaos. It is strength held together by intimidation, opportunity, hunger, and the will of those powerful enough to command.
Primary Diplomatic Tensions
Redmarch’s diplomacy is limited by its own nature. Tribes value autonomy, warriors value renown, and chiefs value leverage. Agreements can be real, but they are rarely gentle. Nations negotiate with Redmarch when they need fighters, fragments, or quiet violence, then complain when violence remains the language Redmarch speaks best.
