The Frostwake Sanctum sits along the frozen northern coast of Rath, built into pale sea-stone above a cold, gray shoreline. Ice gathers on its walls through most of the year, and the training yards are left open to wind, snow, and freezing rain.
The monks are cold-magic martial artists who infuse frost into their discipline and attacks. Their strikes can numb limbs, crack armor with sudden ice, or leave frost spreading across a weapon’s edge. They believe cold is honesty: it removes comfort, pride, and hesitation.

A lean, scarred human monk with ice-pale eyes, a shaved head, and frost clinging to the hems of his robes. He speaks little, trains brutally, and believes mercy means preparing people to survive the world as it is.
