Stonefather Hold is carved near the peak of Kar Dromm’s tallest mountain, hidden behind brutal climbs, false trails, and wind-carved stone gates. It is a monastery of patience, silence, and unbreakable resolve. The monks honor the mountain itself as the Stonefather, the ancient witness above the clans, older than kings and harder than grief.
The monks are sought out by dwarves facing impossible decisions, shame, exile, or war. When they descend from the peak, clans listen.
Stone-Elder: Stone-Elder Vokkan Durm
An ancient dwarf with a white beard braided around smooth prayer stones and eyes like dark granite. He moves slowly, speaks rarely, and has ended clan feuds with a single sentence. No one knows how old he is, and no one has been rude enough to ask twice.
