Heartfire Monastery is a blackstone citadel carved into the mountains near Kryzath, built around an eternal flame that has never gone out. Pilgrims come seeking judgment, healing, blessing, or protection, but the monks decide what each visitor truly needs. Some are aided, some are tested, and some are turned away under armed guard.
Master of the Flame: Mushu
A small, ancient kobold with soot-dark scales, bright ember eyes, and a walking staff capped with blackened brass. Pilgrims often mistake him for a servant until the monks lower their heads when he speaks.
