Suspended upside-down above a web of rune-tethered cliffs, Glimmervault is both fortress and mystery. The central structure — the Vault itself — is an inverted pyramid covered in golden sigils and warding runes. Scholars, treasure-hunters, and arcane agents come to store, trade, or study items too dangerous to be left elsewhere. The streets are quiet, orderly, and under constant surveillance by mage-eye drones. A single bell tower stands upright on a cliff opposite the Vault — it has never rung.
