The Walking Verse is a mobile monastic order that travels among the centaurs and satyrs of the Herds of Elora. Its monks are storytellers, runners, dancers, memory-keepers, and staff-fighters who believe the body must carry history as faithfully as the tongue does. They have no temple — their monastery is the road between gatherings, the circle around the fire, and the rhythm of hooves crossing open ground.
Verse-Mother: Verse-Mother Caelira Reedstep
An elder centaur monk with silver-threaded hair, a carved walking staff, and a voice strong enough to silence a camp. She remembers bloodlines, old betrayals, lost songs, and the names of children who died before they had stories of their own.
